Question: Is SafetyPro Windows 10 compatible?

The SafetyPro hardware, driver and software are all fully tested and compatible with Windows 10, 8, 7, Vista, and XP, 32-bit and 64-bit. If you have any modern full-version of Windows, our printer will work with it perfectly!



Question: What about 64-bit Windows?

The SafetyPro works perfectly with 64-bit versions of Windows.



Question: My SafetyPro driver did not install correctly, what do I do?

If your driver did not install properly, you may need to manually update your driver. The easiest way to do this is to follow the instructions in our install guide for win7, which is applicable in Windows 10 as well. In Windows 10, remember that you may access the Classic Control Panel by clicking the Windows Logo at the bottom-left of your screen, and typing "control panel."



Question: I ran the SafetyPro driver installer, but I cannot find the drivers. Where do the driver files end up?

After running the driver setup application from our support page, you may find a copy of the driver files in your C:\Industrial Safety Solutions\SafetyPro driver\ folder. You may use this copy to install the printer manually. You may also re-run our driver install package as many times as necessary, without the need to uninstall (it will simply try to install again.) We recommend powering off your printer for 5 seconds, then powering it backing; visit the Devices and Printers in the classic Control Panel (remember, Windows 10 has 2 Devices and Printers sections), and attempt to run the installer again.
