What is GSA?

GSA stands for General Services Administration. The GSA is a US federal government agency responsible for negotiating governmentwide contracts with CCR contractors. By negotiating governmentwide contracts, the GSA can ensure that the federal government gets the best price on products and services offered by CCR contractors.

What is the TAA?

TAA stands for the Trade Agreements Act. GSA requires that contract holders offer only products that are made in the USA, or are made in a country that is included on the designated countries list. The TAA applies to all GSA contracts. Anyone selling non-TAA origin items on a GSA contract is in violation of their contract and is subject to contract termination.
